American Chemical Society's Project SEED
This is a program that is for students that are "economically disadvantaged" to be able to know what it is like to be a chemist. This is a summer program that is open to junior and senior high school students. They are able to work with scientists on "research projects in industrial, academic, and federal laboratories.

Kinetic City
This website is for those students in grade 3-5, but could be used at any level in elementary school. Students are able to play games and learn about different science things such as about the human body and how to take our respiration rate.

NASA for Students
This program is where students are able to explore all that NASA has to offer. They have sections that the students are able to learn about constellations, how STEM is being used on the Space Station, and opportunities that NASA offers.

Seeds of Science/Roots of Reading
This program combines science with literacy for students for grades 2-5. The program was set up to help with time management for both subjects. The students learn by doing research and evaluating what they are learning.

Engineering Programs
Detroit Area Pre-College Engineering Program (DAPCEP)
This program is for those K-12 students living in Southeast Michigan to be able to explore STEM through programs on the weekends or during summer camps. There is also a program for Pre-K through 3rd grade to begin to be introduced to everything that STEM can offer and to be able to explore in these fields.

This website if very similar to engineering your life but it is towards middle school girls. This website gives an introduction of what they need to do to stay on the path to become any engineer that they would like to.

This website is towards high school girls for them to be able to explore what type of engineer they would like to be. This website gives information on how to obtain those goals and also learn about other engineering women in today's world. Girls are introduced to all sorts of fields from Environmental Engineering to Computer Science Engineering.

Texas Pre-Freshman Engineering Program (TexPREP)
This is a program in Texas that helps middle and high school students that are interested in the fields of STEM to help reach their goals. This program works with the different colleges and universities in Texas to help guide students into their chosen field of study. They also look at helping minorities or women to help guide them on the path toward study in a STEM field.

Family Math
This program is to help parents and student o understand math better and to see that math is relevant in our everyday lives. The emphasis is for the family to work together while doing math problems. The focus to be able to do problem solving as a family unit. The emphasis is to help those that are in rural areas or minorities - such as Spanish speaking families.

This program is to help disadvantages students in California to be able to enjoy the fields of STEM. The MESA program helps students to stay on task to be able to fulfill their dreams of going into one of the STEM fields for college.

Programs for Disabilities
Entrypoint! Internship Program for Students with Disabilities
This program is for those with disabilities that are interested in STEM fields be able to help find paid internships in their chosen field. The students are able to have mentors that can assist them in their chosen field. Though this program is geared toward undergraduate students, the concepts they learned in K-12 STEM programs helps foster that growth to be able to choose a STEM field they want to work in.
